Vintage 1941 North and South Carolina Army Maneuvers Felt Pennant
Very Poor Condition- has a lot of wear, ripped, torn, dirt, dust particles, paint marks and black marks.
Approximately: 27 3/4 inches.
On the left side of the pennant all four tassles are cut, ripped and twisted.
I will gently roll it for shipping purposes and place it in a box.
I am not a professional grader, but I try to be as accurate as possible.
Smoke free environment.
This is a must have for any Military or Vintage Pennant Collector!
